| How often is Vital Term
updated? |
VitalTerm is updated on a weekly basis for VitalTerm Web
and LifeLink Pro users. The desktop version of VitalTerm is
updated on the first Wednesday of each month with the exception
of Quarterly updates which are updated on the first Monday
of each month.
| Can VitalTerm be added
to my website? |
VitalTerm Web is available for direct to consumer use or
for brokerages looking for agent support. Find out more information

The desktop version of VitalTerm is available to existing
customers only. LifeLink Pro offers the same look and feel
as the desktop version with many enhancements not available
in the desktop.

| How many companies/products
does VitalTerm illustrate? |
VitalTerm currently supports about 75 carriers and 500 products.

| Can you add any company
to VitalTerm? |
VitalTerm adds companies based on our users requests only.
If you would like a carrier to be added to VitalTerm please
supply a VitalTerm client services member with the Carrier
name, home office contact name (product support or marketing
works best), contact's telephone number, your name and your
telephone number. We will contact the Carrier indicating that
their term products have been requested to be added in VitalTerm.
| How is a company added
to VitalTerm? |
When a company is requested, a VitalTerm client services
member will contact the home office contact and send them
a copy of VitalTerm and a Carrier Kit, which includes requirements
for their products to be added to VitalTerm. If the company
is willing to participate in VitalTerm and provides us with
their rates and necessary information, we will add their term
products into our system. Before the products are released,
VitalTerm conducts a series of tests verifying the rates and
product information. After they have been tested and reviewed
by VitalTerm they are sent to the Carrier to review, submit
to their compliance department and when written approval is
given, their products will be released in the following update
of VitalTerm. For additional information please review the

| How are the rates maintained in VitalTerm? |
When VitalTerm is updated and a new version is released, the
carriers being added to or supported within VitalTerm are
supplied with a "Carrier TEST Version" of VitalTerm. At this
time a reminder is also sent out that if there are product
changes or new products being added to their term portfolio
to submit them to be included in the next release of VitalTerm.
When VitalTerm is supplied with new rates for an existing
product, the rates are entered, tested and released. When
a new product is added to VitalTerm, the rates are entered,
tested, submitted to the carrier to review and released upon
approval. The carrier must give approval before a new product
can be released.
Although carriers review their products on a regular basis,
twice yearly, VitalTerm requires that all carriers supported
within VitalTerm review and sign off on their term products.
If their products cannot be verified or consent is not given,
VitalTerm will no longer illustrate their term rates.
